I took this homeless jar yesterday. First, I thought it could be a developer complaint jar but I don’t want that much traffic. Then I thought about writing down everything I want to say but shouldn’t. These would go into “Tyler’s Bad Thoughts Jar.” What would you do with an empty jar?
I am attempting to upload my 160GB Aperture vault to Amazon S3 again. For this initial upload I am using Cyberduck to connect directly to my bucket. It took a couple hours to crawl through the directory structure and now I’m seeing upload time estimates of 80-200+ hours.
Hopefully cyberduck doesn’t crash… That would suck. It has always been very unstable for me - enough to switch to transmit,

I almost bought one last night. But I heard some fibble fabble on TUAW that they weren’t compatible with anything but the iMac yet? Which doesn’t make a lot of sense..
At the shop
I took my car into the dealership today to have a few things done to it. I came back a little while later and went to see if they had done anything to it and saw it sitting out back behind the shop. As I walked up, I noticed the license plates were different. Turns out that it was my old car that I sold last year, which happens to be the exact same as my current one except different model years. In for a service today. What are the chances?
